Description
This wine is a blend of Vermentino (an Italian variety), Verdejo (a Spanish variety), and Voignier (a French variety). It is the United Nations of wine! All of the grapes are grown in Paso Robles, where they benefit from a long, warm growing season. The Vermentino provides crispness, the Verdejo provides a smooth quality, and the Viognier provides a lush, soft character. The aromatics include notes of peach, pears, violets and minerality. Delightful on its own, but great with poultry dishes.
