Description
2012 vintage was Silver Medal Winner at the 2016 Orange County Fair Commerical Wine Competition!
Petite Sirah is one of the deepest, most opage red wines with high levels of anthocyanin (an antioxidant). These grapes, produced on our own Coyote Moon Vineyard in Paso Robles, thrive in the heat and develop intense, concentrated flavors. Decant this wine and serve at a cooler temperature, 65F, to bring out the blueberry and plum flavors.
Meats, stews, braised and grilled meats, especially short ribs are excellent food pairings for Petite Sirah. The grapes produced a dark, aromatic wine that will get even better with time. 14.8% Alc.
